UPDATE ON SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDING
The Board of CRUSHMETRIC Group Limited announces it has received notification from Mr. Lim Yi Shenn ("Mr. Lim"), a substantial shareholder currently holding 15,441,639 ordinary shares representing approximately 6.33% of the Company's issued share capital, that he has transferred 7,000,000 ordinary shares to an individual shareholder. Upon completion of this transaction, Mr. Lim's remaining holding will be 8,441,639 ordinary shares, representing approximately 3.46% of the issued share capital.
