AEP Plantations Plc is a producer of sustainable palm oil, managing and developing plantations and mills primarily in Indonesia and Malaysia. The company cultivates over 56,000 hectares of mature oil palms and operates seven palm oil mills with a combined processing capacity of 400 metric tons of fresh fruit bunches (FFB) per hour. AEP generates revenue through the sale of crude palm oil (CPO) and palm kernels (PK), as well as by purchasing FFB from third-party producers, including smallholders and local farmers. The company is also involved in renewable energy initiatives, including biogas plants that generate electricity from methane emissions.
