BridgeBio Pharma, Inc. develops treatments for genetic conditions using a decentralized hub-and-spoke model. This structure allows autonomous teams, or 'spokes', to focus on specific conditions or drug candidates while a central 'hub' provides clinical, regulatory, and commercial support. The company partners with academic institutions to advance research and has targeted multiple disease indications through its clinical programs. Its pipeline includes therapies aimed at addressing genetic diseases and cancers driven by specific genetic mutations.
