Marker Therapeutics, Inc. develops Multi-Antigen Recognizing (MAR) T cell therapy designed to recognize and kill heterogeneous tumors without genetic modifications. The MAR-T cell technology utilizes natural T cells to effectively target tumor cells and has been tested across various clinical indications, demonstrating a favorable safety profile and durable anti-tumor responses in hematologic malignancies and solid tumors. The lead product candidate, MT-601, targets six tumor-specific antigens and is being evaluated in a Phase 1 study for patients with lymphoma who have relapsed or are ineligible for anti-CD19 CAR-T cell therapy.
