Kropz Plc announced its Final Audited Results for the year ended 31 December 2022 on 31 July 2023, reporting a loss after taxation of US$97.824 million and an impairment loss of US$92.661 million. Trading in Kropz shares on AIM was restored effective 7:30 a.m. on 31 July 2023. Between January and June 2023, Kropz drew down ZAR60 million on 25 January, ZAR40 million on 27 February from a ZAR550 million equity facility, and ZAR225 million from a new ZAR285 million bridge loan facility with ARC Fund across four drawdowns.
