Block listing application
The Board of Odyssean Investment Trust plc (the "Company") announces that the Company has made an application to the Financial Conduct Authority for a block listing of 10,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for the Shares to be admitted to trading on the premium segment of the Main Market. This block listing is in addition to the current block listing which has 3,656,500 Shares remaining.
The block listing is expected to become effective at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, 28 June 2022. Any issue of new Shares will be notified by the Company through a RIS announcement and the Company's website.
