Letter of Intent: Acquisition of Playtech plc and disposal by the Company of Finalto
On 17th October 2021, Schroder Investment Management Limited provided a Letter of Intent regarding our intentions in relation to 10,792,688 shares.
In accordance with The City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, Rule 2.11 (d)(i), we advise that, subject to clause 2.6 of the letter of intent, we have disposed of a further 2,140,432 shares, and are no longer in a position to accept or procure the acceptance of the Offer, in relation to those shares. Following this transaction, we no longer hold any shares in Playtech plc
