the Company that he is beneficially interested in a further 1,770 RITCP ordinary
shares which were purchased on 22 November 2002 at 386.5p per share.  Following
this purchase, Lord Rothschild's interests in RITCP ordinary shares is as
follows:

18,932,622 shares with a beneficial interest

6,439,934 shares with a non-beneficial interest
