the Company that he is beneficially interested in a further 3,210 RITCP ordinary
shares which were purchased on 4 June 2003 at 424.5p per share. Following this
purchase, Lord Rothschild's interests in RITCP ordinary shares is as follows:

18,935,832 shares with a beneficial interest

6,439,934 shares with a non-beneficial interest
