Listing Rule 15.4.11 R-Amend

The following replaces the Listing Rule 15.4.11 R announcement released on
Friday 1 July at 15.09 under RNS no. 3750O.

Part (i) of the Rule 15.4.11(2) R quarterly disclosure should read: Investments
with a greater value than 5% of the Company's total assets*. All other text
remains unchanged.

RULE 15.4.11 (1) R MONTHLY DISCLOSURE

The Company notifies that its investments in other listed investment companies
and listed investment trusts, as at 30 June 2005, which themselves do not have
stated investment policies to invest no more than 15% of their total assets in
other listed companies or listed investment trusts comprised the following:
