RULE 15.4.11 (1) R MONTHLY DISCLOSURE

The Company notifies that its investments in other listed investment companies
and listed investment trusts, as at 31 August 2005, which themselves do not have
stated investment policies to invest no more than 15% of their total assets in
other listed companies or listed investment trusts comprised the following:
