Notification in accordance with Part VI of the Companies Act 1985


The Company received a notification on 24 May 2006 from RIT Capital Partners plc
informing it that following a purchase on 23 May 2006 of 397,888 shares the
material interest of RIT Capital Partners plc is 3,392,750 shares, representing
3.22% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Of this total 894,862
shares were purchased by Cycladic Capital LLP under the terms of a discretionary
investment management agreement.
