advised the Company that he is beneficially interested in a further 1,430 RITCP
ordinary shares (0.001% of issued), purchased today at 969.5p per share.
Following this purchase, Lord Rothschild's interests in the ordinary shares of
RITCP comprise the following:

20,110,171 shares (12.88% of issued) held beneficially.

6,708,324 shares (4.30% of issued) held non-beneficially.
