Notification of Major Interests in Shares

Notification in accordance with Part VI of the Companies Act 1985

The Company received a notification on 23 June 2006 from RIT Capital Partners
plc informing it that they have a material interest in 4,062,362 shares,
representing 3.86% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. In addition
to this RIT Capital Partners has a non-material interest in 7,905,446 shares
representing 7.51% held under the control of Cycladic Capital LLP.
