on 14 March 2007 from RIT Capital Partners PLC (RIT) that on 13 March 2007 RIT
was interested in 6,668,739 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares")
representing a direct interest in approximately 3.01% of the issued Ordinary
Share Capital of the Company.

All voting rights the subject of this notification are those of RIT, the
beneficial owner of the shares to which they relate.
