TR-1: Notification of Major Interests in Shares


The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification
on 21 March 2007 from RIT Capital Partners PLC (RIT) that on 20 March 2007 RIT
was interested in 9,080,691 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares")
representing a direct interest in approximately 4.10% of the issued Ordinary
Share Capital of the Company. This notification is in respect of an acquisition
of voting rights in Shares from the previously disclosed interest over 
6,668,739 Shares (3.01%).

All voting rights the subject of this notification are those of RIT, the
beneficial owner of the shares to which they relate.
