TR-1: Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification
on 7 January 2008 from RIT Capital Partners PLC ("RIT Capital") under the
Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTR") of a disposal of voting rights on 4
January 2008 such that RIT Capital at that date no longer had a notifiable
interest in ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares"). Prior to the
disposal RIT had notified an interest in 9,080,691 (4.10%) Shares .
