RIT Capital Partners plc has today agreed terms of a US$ 150 million 364 day revolving credit facility with Calyon .

The revolving credit f acility replaces the Company's US$150 million five year Term Loan, which expires today and has been repaid in full .

The new facility will be drawn when required to fund new investment commitments.
