RIT Capital Partners plc announces that Ian Wace resigned as a non-executive director on 29 ^th March, ahead of the Company's year-end on the 31 ^st March, as a result of pressures on his time from other commitments.  The Board is grateful for his contribution to the Company and wishes him well for the future.
