RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

 

 

CRH plc announces that on 9^th January 2013, it transferred to participants in an employee share scheme 1,819 Ordinary Shares at a price of €11.18 per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 7,372,887 Ordinary Shares in

Treasury.  The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 726,448,556.
