Change in particulars of Chairman
In accordance with Listing Rule LR 9.6.14, J Sainsbury plc announces that its Chairman, David Tyler, has been appointed a director of Hammerson plc, with effect from today. He will become Chairman of Hammerson plc on 9 May 2013.
Hammerson plc is listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the FTSE 100 index.
