RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

 

 

CRH plc announces that on 27^th February 2013, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 134,584 Ordinary Shares at prices between €11.8573 and €15.0674 per Ordinary Share and at prices between £8.1694 and £11.19 per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 7,225,974 Ordinary Shares in

Treasury.  The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 726,595,469.
