Transaction in Own Shares

RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

 

 

CRH plc announces that on 6^th March 2013, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 299,117 Ordinary Shares at prices between €11.8573 and €15.0854 per Ordinary Share and at prices of £8.1694 and £10.0359 per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 6,875,775 Ordinary Shares in

Treasury.  The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 726,945,668.
