Trifast plc ("Trifast" or "the Company") Director Shareholding Notification under paragraphs, 3.1.2R to 3.1.4R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules has been received by the Company that on, 28 March 2013, Senior Independent Director, Neil Chapman purchased for his SIPP 50,000 Trifast ordinary shares at 56.5 pence per share. Following this share purchase Mr Chapman now holds a beneficial interest in 800,000 ordinary Trifast shares of which all ordinary shares are held in his SIPP, representing 0.74% of the Company's share capital. Following this transaction, Mr and Mrs Chapman have a combined interest in 1,307,500 ordinary shares representing 1.21% of the Company's issued share capital. |
