Trifast plc ("Trifast" or "the Company") Director Shareholding Notification under paragraphs, 3.1.2R to 3.1.4R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules has been received by the Company that, on 2 April 2013, Senior Independent Director, Neil Chapman purchased for his SIPP 200,000 Trifast ordinary shares at 59.0 pence per share. Following this share purchase Mr Chapman now holds a beneficial interest in 1,000,000 ordinary Trifast shares of which all ordinary shares are held in his SIPP, representing 0.92% of the Company's share capital. Following this transaction, Mr and Mrs Chapman have a combined interest in 1,507,500 ordinary shares representing 1.4% of the Company's issued share capital. |
