The Company announces that Mr Mervyn Walker, a PDMR, has been granted a three-year option over 650 shares at an option price of £13.84, under the terms of the Anglo American plc Savings-Related Share Option Scheme (SAYE).
The notification of these transactions is to satisfy the Company's obligations under the Financial Conduct Authority Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.2 to 3.1.4.
