Big Yellow Group PLC (the 'Company') has been informed, pursuant to DTR 5.1.2R of the FSA's Disclosure & Transparency Rules that, following the sale of shares on 22 April 2013, MLC Investments Limited had a total interest in the Company of 2,711,074 shares representing 1.92% of total voting rights.
