Director Change in role
In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.11(3), the Company announces that Iain Conn will take over as chairman of the ethics committee from Ian Strachan who has stood down as a director at the Company's annual general meeting held today. Iain Conn will continue in his role as senior independent director.
