Voting Rights and Capital
Senior plc ("the Company") confirms that, as at 30 April 2013, the Company's capital consisted of 415,931,379 (previously 415,895,852) Ordinary 10p shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.
The above figure of 415,931,379 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
