As previously announced on 28 November 2012, Schroders plc confirms that Kevin Parry has stepped down as a Director and as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 5 May 2013.
Richard Keers was appointed as a Director and Chief Financial Officer with effect from 5 May 2013.
There are no further details required to be disclosed in respect of Mr Keers' appointment under paragraph 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules.
