The Coca-Cola Company's holdings of 85,112,078 shares corresponding to 23,97% of the voting rights in Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company AG are held through five subsidiaries, The Coca-Cola Export Corporation, Coca-Cola Overseas Parent Limited, Barlan, Inc., Refreshment Product Services, Inc. and Atlantic Industries. The Coca-Cola Export Corporation is a 100% subsidiary of The Coca-Cola Company. The other four companies are 100% subsidiaries of The Coca-Cola Export Corporation.
