The Coca-Cola Company has consolidated all of its holdings of 85,112,078 shares corresponding to 23,97% of the voting rights in Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company AG from five of its wholly-owned subsidiaries (The Coca-Cola Export Corporation, Coca-Cola Overseas Parent Limited, Barlan, Inc., Refreshment Product Services, Inc. and Atlantic Industries) to CCHBC Grouping, Inc. Accordingly, the holdings of Coca-Cola Overseas Parent Limited have decreased from 12.68% to 0% and the holdings of Atlantic Industries have decreased from 8.11% to 0%. CCHBC Grouping, Inc. is a subsidiary held by Coca-Cola Overseas Parent Limited, Refreshment Product Services, Inc., Barlan, Inc. and The Coca-Cola Export Corporation. Coca-Cola Overseas Parent Limited, Refreshment Product Services, Inc., and Barlan, Inc. are 100% subsidiaries of The Coca-Cola Export Corporation which is a 100% subsidiary of The Coca-Cola Company.
