RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

 

 

CRH plc announces that on 15^th May 2013, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 3,261 Ordinary Shares at prices between €11.18 and €14.79 per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 6,460,756 Ordinary Shares in

Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 729,371,852.
