RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

 

 

CRH plc announces that on 22^nd May 2013, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 5,948 Ordinary Shares at a price of €15.0854 per Ordinary Share and at prices of £11.19 and £11.55 per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 6,454,808 Ordinary Shares in

Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 729,377,800.
