SURRENDER OF OPTION
International Consolidated Airlines Group, S.A ("IAG") discloses that Keith Williams surrendered an option under the British Airways Plc Long Term Incentive Plan 1996 on 6 June 2013.
The option was granted in June 2006 and was over 46,631 IAG shares. The exercise price was nil.
IAG has agreed to pay Keith Williams the sum of £119,841.67 for the surrender which is the closing price of an IAG Share (CDI) on 11 June 2013 £2.57 multiplied by the number of IAG shares subject to the option.
Notification is made under Disclosure Rule 3.1.4.
