RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

 

 

CRH plc announces that on 19^th June 2013, it transferred to participants in an employee share scheme 5,777 Ordinary Shares at prices of £13.13 and £14.4903 per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 6,444,053 Ordinary Shares in

Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 729,388,555.
