RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

 

 

CRH plc announces that on 10^th July 2013, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 4,360 Ordinary Shares at prices of €14.79 and £13.13 per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 6,431,856 Ordinary Shares in

Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 729,400,752.
