Schroders plc -Transactions in Own Shares
Schroders plc announces that on 8 August 2013 it purchased from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 6,990 non-voting ordinary shares ("shares") at an average price of 1876.4813 pence per share. The purchased shares will be cancelled. Following the above purchase, the Company holds 41,097 non-voting ordinary shares in treasury, and has 58,128,925 non-voting ordinary shares and 226,022,400 ordinary shares in issue (in each case excluding treasury shares).
