Notification is given in accordance with LR 9.6.14 that Iain Ferguson CBE, a Non-executive Director of Balfour Beatty plc, will be appointed as Chairman of Stobart Group Limited, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange, with effect from 1 October 2013.
