Schroders plc -Transactions in Own Shares
Schroders plc announces that on 2 September 2013 it purchased from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 11,000 non-voting ordinary shares ("shares") at an average price of 1891.3494 pence per share. The purchased shares will be cancelled. Following the above purchase, the Company holds 41,097 non-voting ordinary shares in treasury, and has 57,988,118 non-voting ordinary shares and 226,022,400 ordinary shares in issue (in each case excluding treasury shares).
