The Company announces that it was notified today, that on 16 September 2013, Nigel Read, a Director of the Company sold 5,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Share(s)") at a price of 320p per Share.
As a result, Nigel Read's beneficial interest in the Company is 24,533 Shares, which represents 0.3% of the issued share capital of the Company.
