Schroders plc -Transactions in Own Shares
Schroders plc announces that on 18 September 2013 it purchased from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 10,500 non-voting ordinary shares ("shares") at an average price of 2049.0616 pence per share. The purchased shares will be cancelled. Following the above purchase, the Company holds 36,866 non-voting ordinary shares in treasury, and has 57,945,499 non-voting ordinary shares and 226,022,400 ordinary shares in issue (in each case excluding treasury shares).
