Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that Mr Robert Brooksbank, Group Finance Director has exercised options over 60,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares) at an exercise price of 50p per share.  These options were originally awarded in September 2004 under the Inland Revenue approved Carclo Discretionary Share Option Scheme 1997 (now closed).

Following the exercise of options Mr Brooksbank sold 60,000 Ordinary Shares on 26 September 2013 at a price of 400p.  As a result of this transaction Mr Brooksbank has maintained his holding in the Company at 196,055 Ordinary Shares representing 0.30% of the Company's issued share capital.
