The Company announces that Mr Robert Rickman, Non-executive Director has purchased 5,300 Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 371.75p per share. As a result of this transaction Mr Rickman has acquired a holding of 5,300 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.008% of the Company's issued share capital.
