RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

 

 

CRH plc announces that on 16^th October 2013, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 49,912 Ordinary Shares at prices between €14.79 and €15.0854 per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 6,228,690 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 729,603,918.
