Schroders plc -Transactions in Own Shares
Schroders plc announces that on 5 November 2013 it purchased from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 6,700 non-voting ordinary shares ("shares") at an average price of 2124.4988 pence per share. The purchased shares will be cancelled. Following the above purchase, the Company holds 57,891,520 non-voting ordinary shares and has 226,015,700 ordinary shares in issue, the Company do not hold any shares in Treasury.
