Schroders plc -Transactions in Own Shares
Schroders plc announces that on 11 November 2013 it purchased from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 7,400 non-voting ordinary shares ("shares") at an average price of 2034.2409 pence per share. The purchased shares will be cancelled. Following the above purchase, the Company holds 57,864,120 non-voting ordinary shares and has 226,022,400 ordinary shares in issue, the Company do not hold any shares in Treasury.
