RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

 

 

CRH plc announces that on 13^th November 2013, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 28,724 Ordinary Shares at prices of €14.79 and €15.0674 per Ordinary Share and at prices of £11.19 and £13.13 per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 6,124,443 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 733,107,157.
