Transaction in Own Shares

RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

 

 

 

CRH plc announces that on 21^st November 2013 it transferred to the Trustees of its employee share participation schemes 62,333 Ordinary Shares at €18.66 per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the above transaction, CRH plc holds 6,003,849 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.  The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 733,227,751.
