RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

 

 

CRH plc announces that today, 29^th November 2013, it transferred to a participant in an employee share scheme 3,773 Ordinary Shares at prices of €15.0674 and €16.58 per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 5,985,529 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 733,246,071.
